1. About CodeCatch

CodeCatch is a Shopify application that scans your Klaviyo email flows for discount codes and cross-references them against your Shopify discount catalogue to identify codes that may be expired, scheduled, or otherwise inactive. CodeCatch is developed and operated by an independent developer and is not affiliated with Shopify Inc. or Klaviyo Inc.

2. Accuracy Disclaimer

CodeCatch provides informational results only. While we make every effort to accurately reflect the status of your Shopify discount codes, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any audit result. Results should be treated as a starting point for your own review, not as a definitive audit.

In particular, CodeCatch may not detect all discount codes present in your Klaviyo emails (for example, codes embedded in images, dynamically generated codes not using standard Klaviyo coupon tags, or codes in unsupported template formats). You are responsible for verifying any findings before taking action.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CodeCatch and its developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of revenue or profits arising from expired or incorrect discount codes
• Customer complaints or refunds relating to email promotions
• Any business losses resulting from reliance on audit results
• Data loss or service interruptions

Your use of CodeCatch is entirely at your own risk.

4. Data & Privacy

CodeCatch stores the following data to provide its service:

• Your Klaviyo Private API key (encrypted at rest, used only to read flow content)
• A copy of your Shopify discount codes and their statuses (synced on page load)
• Your Shopify session token (managed by Shopify's standard OAuth flow)

We do not store customer personal data, email addresses, or order information. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. You may remove your Klaviyo API key at any time from the Settings page within the app.

5. Subscription & Cancellation

CodeCatch is billed monthly through Shopify's billing system at the rate displayed at the time of subscription. To cancel your subscription, uninstall CodeCatch from your Shopify admin — your subscription will stop immediately and you will not be billed again. Refunds for partial billing periods are subject to Shopify's standard app billing policies.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of CodeCatch after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
